L’Érablière (Maple Grove) Valga is a new project we set up in 2020. About 9,000-tap maple grove will allow us to develop several activities and tours to help you discover the modernization of our maple syrup equipment and the various processing techniques. Also, the sale of our maple products directly at the sugar shack, by delivery or on your plate will leave you with fond memories of our local products.
